About Me: Louisa is currently a PhD student in the Genetics and Epigenetics Graduate group interested in elucidating genetic/epigenetic contributions to pathogenesis. She graduated from the Gillings school of Global Public Health at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.S.P.H in Environmental Health Sciences and B.A in Biology. Outside of school and research, she enjoys cooking/baking vegan foods, listening to music, reading, and watching sitcoms.
